Comfortable Stay with Exceptional Service!

I had a fantastic stay in a spacious studio. The staff provided outstanding service, especially at the front desk. They really went the extra mile to accommodate my family's needs. Pro tip, Don't miss out on the local dining options nearby for delicious meals!

I enjoyed how close it was to a couple of fantastic parks like Battell Park, which is less than a mile away, and there were great dining spots too, including Taste of Asia just a few steps from the hotel that made it super convenient for my weekend strolls.

Just an appropriate option for a city trip in South Bend at a reasonable price. Outside my room, a cart full of dirty towels and blankets was left all night long, creating an awful smell. Avoid staying on floors where housekeeping doesn't maintain cleanliness.

Entering the room brought a surprising odor that suggested neglect in cleaning. The bathroom had significant plumbing issues, with a clogged sink and dirty toilet, which can be unsettling. While the location is close to shopping areas, the trash outside the entrance detracted from the experience, giving an unkempt impression. Cleanliness needs a serious boost—dust settled in corners, and the overall presentation didn’t match expectations. The elevator and hallways also had noticeable grime, creating a less than welcoming atmosphere.

Target audience family-friendly

The staff were friendly and helpful all the time we needed anything like towels and another thing that was missing in the room which was refreshing for a hotel stay and keeps the kids happy too because they felt safe and welcome. Also the room had a fridge and microwave perfect for late-night snacks after the kids go to bed which was a lifesaver honestly.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive for what we got but still acceptable for a family stay.

The room was clean and had a full kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, and fridge, making it easy for snacks. Air conditioning was nice, and the flat-screen TV added a cozy touch. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and location was ideal for nearby restaurants. The grab-and-go breakfast was enough to start the day.

The manager provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our four nights.

The room I stayed in was pretty disappointing. It had a burnt smell that was really off-putting, and it felt dirty overall. The fire alarm was just sitting on the table, which didn’t help. Shower pressure was weak, and the beds were super soft—no support at all. Just not a great experience.
